Good conditions
This is the most common layout of the standard 18 pin layout where the following holes typically (~>75% of time) have short pins in short position: 1, 9, & 11. Holes that are typically (~>75% of time) in long are 2, 8, 12, 17, & 18. Hole 15 has three pin placements that are roughly equally distributed, one of which is on a raised peninsula back left in the woods toward 16 tee.

Solid course. Some holes/tee pads need trimmed. Good variety of technical/bomber shots. Shorts and longs for baskets which is a plus

Course in great shape right now.
Tree on hole 7 tee pad has dropped very large limb/trunk blocking use of tee pad.
