Absolutely stunning course. Mostly 150'-350' shots with a long downhill bomb mixed in. The owner, Dave is fantastic. Not the type of course that will challenge advanced players, but it's very fun for everyone and the views can't be beat

Top 1% courses I’ve played all time. Worth the trip for amazing views, mix of shots/difficulty, and friendly people. Recommend making a day of it. Buy a few discs from the well-stocked pro shop and support the course!

Really fun course! Great owner and even has a disc shop! Would be nice to have concrete tees though. 5 stars for owner and hospitality but 4.5 for actual course.

There's a reason Dan is the man. The course is in excellent shape. You can tell a lot of work has been done to keep grass short and fairways in proper shape. It's basically everything you'd want in a course so I'll spare you all the great details every other review covers. Signage does need updating on some holes. One hole in particular has the distance backwards for each basket but since you can see all the baskets it's not a big deal. Sometimes the teepads are located a bit close to other holes baskets. However since the course is private there isn't a ton of traffic so that's not really a common issue. Dan offers a small disc shop offering discs, shirts, and maybe other things depending on the time of year you go. Awesome course that I would play again in the future. This is how it's done.

Amazing, just below Bailey and beaver ranch. Needs better t pads and signs to out class those 2 but beautiful and fun!

Bear Mountain is playing the best it ever has. The wildflowers are blooming, the grass is mowed and fairways are clean and open, and the weather has been great.

My personal favorite. Played here more times than I can count. Probably the most accessible mountain course ever. (human ability, not parking😜) Iconic shots. Best course owner in the game! Great staff. Great shop. Dog friendly. CAMPING! Always love it. Advice from a local who's played here 10 years: -EXPLORE!! (his property) Hidden tee-pads/hidden baskets all over. Create. -Take your time. Bring lunch. You're at 8000ft -- bag a few more flippy/understable. (Whichever friend told you discs fly further at elevation doesn't throw discs at elevation) -Keep your real score, but throw more shots. There are secrets all over. -"Play it where it lies" does NOT have to apply if you're up on the edge of a 30ft rock. - Throw the Alt pad on 16. Empty your bag on Std 16. Put away the 12-13 speeds on 17. Improvements this course could make? - 100% Tee-pads. And also Tee-pads. ❤️ -Followed distantly by tee-signs w/ maps/directions - (considering service gets spotty for UDisc) Super nit-picky comment: -Let's spicen a few of these holes up! (Reg 2, 13, 21) Love ya Dan!
