Bottom line: the course design gets 4.5 stars, but the signage, tee pads, UDisc layouts, and missing Shorts and 9-hole configurations, pull my rating for this course down to 3.5 stars. Which is such a shame. The course itself is incredible! A great mixture of open and wooded holes. Really creative use of water, elevation, and boulders. Very intuitive flow from basket to next tee pad. The holes along the lake are beautiful! Also convenient parking and good bathrooms (at Hole 16). So repair the long tee pads, install all the short tee pads, update the signs, and create UDisc Smart layouts for both configurations, and this will clearly be a 4.5 star FREE course!

Gorgeous property and very long course from the tips. Bring your water discs and stay in the fairway.

A sick course with tons of variety from open bomber holes to tight wooded technical shots, along with a couple wild signature holes over water.

Great course overall. Some brutal water Carries but they have alternate options…

Fun course! Lots of looooong par 3's. A couple places where you may be throwing towards pedestrians and other golfers.

Add trash cans every few holes or at-least half way(I’m a smoker and put all cigarette filters in my pocket). Also possibly a bathroom (porter john) about half way.

Hole 10 should be a par 4 (you have to throw a 420 foot s-shot down a lower ceiling tunnel to even get a shot at birdy, guessing it avg’s 4-5 strokes), as well as 17 Long tee’s, even a healthy throw only gets you a par… plus hole 13 is longer than 166 to the basket! otherwise great must play course… just bring an extra disc to lose!

Some bombs, a couple of the most treacherous greens in New England, nice wooded par 3’s. An absolute gem of a course.

Course is challenging but can provide an enjoyable experience for any skill level.
Variety of shots, beautiful scenery, and nice new baskets make this course a must play if you’re in the area.
