Good condition, only gripe is that right now Christmas Decorations are up and some baskets are completely blocked, and even a well placed shot could give you a shot right into decorations.

Billion Dollar Park. DISAPPOINTING Disc Golf Course! Course lacked design and variety. Front holes VERY poor with parking lot danger in every shot. As well as gigantic Christmas light decorations in fairways. Middle holes were the best, yet still lacked design. Finishing holes were blah with mild walking path and road dangers. Insanely long walk at the end! Baskets are good though miss numbered. NO signage and no tee pads. A redesign, by a quality course builder, as a duel basket duel tee 9 hole course using the middle section of land could increase the quality greatly.

Be ready do to walk. No teepads, no signs, and some crap baskets. Poor design. Basically just boring, wide-open, long shots except for a few on the back side. Oxford could do much better than this.
