Move tee signs

Some of the tee signs are off on hole distance, but otherwise good! Hole 9 is missing the sign but otherwise they are all there. I did think it was a bit off to have the tee signs behind the tee pad.

Pretty nice park but needs a little effort towards upkeeping/improving the Frisbee golf course itself.
