Great course. Can’t complain too much apart from grass being tall.

Awesome unique course.

Not cart friendly, like at all. It could stand to be be mowed as well as have better paths cut since it’s pay to play.

Beautiful land. Great design. Challenging as heck. Could be mowed a bit more.

Easily one of the best in the state. Play this course if you have the chance. Incredible views and unique holes, especially for the state of Kansas. Huge downhill and uphill shots. Well worth the $10 donation.

Fun course! Brutal wind, lots of Buffalo pies, but that’s fine.

Great design of course. Forced me to play to distances I know rather than using my eyes. Very pretty. Pars seemed right given the difficulty for each hole.

It was stupid nice.

Wonderful course but their needs to be a better system of when the course is closed do to weddings and events. It’s a long drive just to find out the property is closed. Other than that it’s one of the most beautiful courses to play.

Great course. It was not fun dodging cow/buffalo poops…everywhere.

Just paid $10. Threw my drive on the first hole. And now there is a Buffalo herd right on the trail and I am scared to go in there with them. Wtf.

One of the most impressive courses iv ever played. Especially in Kansas. With all the elevation changes it almost feels like your not even in Kansas anymore. Big ups to the people that maintenance the course. Wouldn't advise bringing a cart but it's manageable. 1/16/23 high grass wasn't bad at all.

Hands down one of the best courses I’ve ever played. Beautiful lines and shots, tons of elevation. Every hole was well maintained, but definitely bring a spotter

Where possible having the paths trimmed up some would help. Otherwise, great course.

- One of the most beautiful courses I’ve ever played. - Not cart-friendly - Watch your step for “cow-pies” - Terrain doesn’t allow for all areas to be mowed, but where they can, they should. Too many holes with no mowed fairways. - Needs better signage directing you to next tee pad, you can easily skip a hole or two in middle of round b/c of poor direction. - With a few small changes, course is easily a 5-Star and one of the best in the country. - $10 pay to play (well worth the price)

** update: they have lost a lot of trees that take away from the overall challenge and beauty of the course. Lowered my score to a 4. Still worth a trip here though!! If u r anywhere near Emporia make sure you add this course to your play list. What an incredibly beautiful piece of property. This is not a "park" style course, it's a cattle ranch. There is extreme Elevation change with a winding creek that comes into play on multiple holes. Everything is new including baskets,, tee signs, and concrete pads. There is a $10 suggested donation and it's worth it to keep this course playable. This is NOT a cart friendly course., bring a bag.
