Course is beautiful and i will come back, however, signage to the next tee is among the worst I've seen. Very confusing for a first timer. Trying to find the next tee added at least 30 minutes to our round. Distance to the pin are not even close on most holes. Do better!

Can’t wait to see the new tee signs with pin indicators for the new pin positions. Love me some Deer Lakes. Best course in western PA.

Course is awesome. Only issue I have is it says cart friendly. You can take your cart around the course but some of the hills are pretty steep. The big thing was the stone walk way around 15 across the water. You have to pick up your cart and my R3 is really heavy lol.

Whoever decided this was a cart friendly course has a sick sense of humor. If you are thinking about bringing a cart hopefully you see this message and DONT

Great course. Plenty of elevation and shot shaping. Can be difficult to find the next hole but overall a great and challenging course

Great course! Arrows on the baskets pointing to the next tee would make this a perfect 5.

Beautiful course that features a good mix of open, lightly wooded, and densely wooded holes. 3 tee pads to choose from makes it accessible for all skill levels, as long as you are willing to hike through all the elevation.

Really really well designed course. Well-maintained course and good tees. Biggest problem is the maps aren’t all correct. They only show on basket position, but each hole has more than one. Only in a couple spots are there direction to the next tee. There is a lot of back and for where you are seeing holes you’ve already done, but not direction to the one you are looking for. Still a really good course, just the first couple times are very confusing.

This is my favorite course in the Pittsburgh area. The course itself has a nice variety of holes and shot shapes. The par 4s and 5s especially are a lot of fun. Different sets of tees allow players of all skill levels to have a good challenge. The folks who volunteer work on the course are constantly improving things. Thankful that there is such a dedicated crew to making this course so nice!

This is a great course. It literally has a little bit of everything. You get the tight wooded holes that require pinpoint accuracy. There are a few open holes that can wind out a drive. A few birdie shots too. Tons of elevation and a whole lot of walking. The pond shot is memorable.

In my humble opinion it’s the best course in the area. Challenging, but fair. Always a line, even if tight. You’ll need every shot to score well. Great mix of distance, elevation, wooded/open. A can’t miss.

Gorgeous course. New pin locations for some variety. It rules.
