Fair conditions
Muddy, very buggy
Course is in the woods by the soccer fields. Tee signs and arrows help you through the course. It can get wet after it rains. You should bring bug spray. The paths and fairways are usually cleared off to make it easier to play through.

Some of the hole signs are missing and overflowing trash cans. Hole 12 is longer than marked.

Front 9 was pretty decent. Back 9 had some muddy spots but still playable. Not a lot of room for error so beginners may not enjoy as much. I went on a day when it had just rained the day before and it was pretty muddy in some areas. Overall it was a decent play.
