Not bad at all. Very beginner friendly- no tee pads but still good. Well maintained, they were cutting the grass as I played. They often pull up the tee posts to cut, so definitely use UDisc!

Nice open course no technical holes.. 1,2,3, play back and forth on er the pond. No tee pads. Hole 7 is silly wide open and long
