Good conditions
It is a semi private course due to having to get a pass from the visitors control center to get access for it being on a military installation.
Hole 1 starts by the yellow girl scout house and goes south.
Hole 9 does not have a rubber pad, it has some tree limbs marking the launch pad.

Maintenance of each hole and surroundings need to be updated. Overall decent course for a beginner.
