Some holes are oddly designed but overall an interesting course. I enjoyed it!

Really beautiful some holes are too close to cars and people to feel comfortable shooting but overall if your patient it is wonderful to play

A few really beautiful holes are somewhat spoiled by poor design choices on other holes which have fairways crossing walking paths, parking lots, and of all things, a volleyball court. This would play best at off hours or off season when there are fewer other users of the park. Because of the proximity to the beach, it has pretty much any amenity you'd need except for tee pads.
