Good conditions
This course is located in a large park near the Homestead Air Force Base.
Large Brick paver tee-pads with signage describing the pin positions and distance are posted on every hole. The wide open course has a walking path that weaves around a good portion of the first 10 holes and a park road along the back 10 will be the only real threat of OB. Large trees and well placed pin positions make it challenging for players intermediate and advanced alike on the front 10 holes of the course. The back 10 are much more wide open and exposed allowing big crushing drives.
Play is similar to a golf course but with the tall St. Augustine grass, disc tend to catch quickly and offer very little skip.

Take a photo of the map and keep a keen eye for landmarks. Bring bug spray. Only throw bright discs because the grass is deep and they will be hard to spot. Be prepared to walk twice as far as other courses.

We loved that it was wide open and challenging. Wish they’d take better care of the course. Grass was high, and with the morning dew our feet were soaked. The tee pads are brick and at some holes they were falling apart. The course was clearly modified but there’s no signage anywhere with updated yardage. If not for the updated scorecard on UDisc, we wouldn’t have known what distances we were throwing to. Hole 11 was a joke. No sign and tee pad barely visible. Second half was phenomenal though.

Most pads are broken. Watch your ankles or tee from grass.
