Beautiful course and place. Fun lines and good challenge. Love the prairie feel with secret woods and water carry. Some tricky pad-finding for newbies.

This is a solid 18 hole course. The shorts and longs play differently on about half the holes with some of different looks between them. This used to be a fantastic course but between layout changes, flooding and a lack of maintenance by city crews (due to flooding?) it’s just lacking something now. There is a good mix of open style shots and light woods, but many lines feel over grown or more lucky than anything to hit.

The different lines and shot variety make this an interesting and technical course. A good, fun challenge.
Unfortunately, finding your tees is also a challenge. They're marked with wrong hole numbers or not marked at all. They're not exactly where Udisc indicates, some are missing entirely, and some old ones seem to exist elsewhere from historic layouts.
The course also gets congested as holes crossover each and and the area is busy with other park-goers and picnickers. It's best played at slow times or when you have a lot of spare time and patience.
