Fair conditions
The course starts in the middle of the park. Look for the course sign with course map. Hole 1 is SE of the course sign. The 18-hole course generally flows clockwise around the park, is mostly flat, and has both red and white tees & double basket positions on every hole. Hole 6 tee is red and white and is a triple Mando thru the blue poles. There are elevated baskets on holes 3, 8, & 16. Water could come into play on holes 11,13, 15, 16, 17, & 18 (throw over water on 13, 16 & 18). .

It’s a place to play…

Pretty open and forgiving, but with that said and this part of the country, the wind is definitely almost always a factor.
Plenty of land for multiple layouts, but also makes for pretty long walks between holes.
Worth a round if you find yourself in Lovington, NM. Not worth the trip if you come only for the course, imo.

Good course with lots of shot technical holes. Shot shaping is more important than distance here. Needs more lawn care but a must play if passing through!

An awesome challenging course where drives have to be good to find a birdie. The real locals play here. Crazy bunch, they hold it down
