Restricted hours
Our three courses are open daily from sunup to sundown. Please call the park in advance to approve glow rounds 901-876-5215.
Good conditions
The West course is short, wooded, and technical with nice elevation changes. It has the medium-difficulty level of our three Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park courses.
Open the UDisc course map or scorecard before you arrive, because there is poor cell service in this area. Course maps will automatically open by starting a scorecard or they can be found in Smart Layouts by clicking the little right arrow.
Hole 1's tee pad is located behind the restrooms to the left past the water spigot. Come back for hole 2's tee pad which is behind the practice basket. After hole 14 follow the road to the right and go past hole 10's tee pad to hole 15.
We invite you to plan a day trip with a picknic and enjoy playing all three of our diverse courses (45 holes). The East course hole 1 tee pad is located on the left side of the parking lot as you pull in. The East course is the most challenging of the three courses. The Turkey Trace is a 9-hole beginner friendly course that is located across the street.
Add some variety and change things up a little by playing the OG layout. As shown on the tee signs and on the course sign in front of the restrooms, the OG layout was our original course at the park. It is now a combination of the East and West courses. The OG is played in the following order. East holes 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, and 18. Then the West course holes 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, and 18.

Best ‘Gem’ in Memphis area!!! Great wooded section. Love the pin locations and tee pads c turf. Lots of technical lines and thought out holes . Great design, ‘disc golfers course’. Sure it could use some additional maintenance on fairways, etc. Given the storms and summer weather, It’s perfect!!! Super kudos to the club member mowing 10/11/12/15! Benches galore to catch a rest and take it all in. Jst an epic course. Ps-Don’t forget your bug spray.

Beautiful short course in the woods. Fun downhill and uphill shots. Semi tight, but well-defined fairways. Three open holes. Good course for intermediates. After hole 14, follow the road back to the right past hole 10's T-pad to get to 15's T-pad. The beginner and family freindly course is the Turky Trace across the street. The adjoining Meeman East course is by far the most challenging of the three. Plan a picknick and play all 3 courses in one day.

Much course maintenance
happening on East as we were playing west; thanks to volunteers working in hot weather. All baskets on West (except 15) were in long positions. Much harder than short positions
