First hole is right next to the parking lot. You get to pick the distance to each hole after that so you can pick the difficulty according to your playing level.

No teepads or signs, just baskets. Grass and trees are well maintained.

Is nice because you can determine how hard you want to play it but there isn’t a sign to show you where each hole starts. Holes are good distance though and once you know where the baskets are it’s super fun to play
