Despite being a temporary setup for this year, the course is excellent! Understand that it’s a pretty basic course with dirt tees, little to no signage, and no amenities such as water once up on the course. The UDisc Smart Layout for 2023 is accurate and will be needed to navigate. Aside from Holes 1 and 2, the rest of the course has a variety of shots, nothing too receptive. The uphill hike after Hole 18 back to Lift 1 is a workout, so be prepared. It might be a long shot, but hopefully, this course location on the mountain can be a permanent course each summer. It would be a course worth traveling to at that point.

T-Mobile service didn't work up there which left me with only the vague map you get instead of the convenience of Udisc. Finding tee boxes was very difficult for about 1/3 of the holes... in fact, I never found 14 or 18. Most tee boxes were uneven and the terrain is extreme for a disc course. You better be in fairly good physical condition. Not sure it's really worth the $25 lift ticket.

A good hike up in the ski valley area for the summer, but could be better if some of the later holes were closer to lift 1. All amenities are at the base area of 1, as Whistlestop is closed. No bag holders/benches anywhere, paths are difficult to walk due to all the small, loose rocks. DO NOT USE UDISC’s SMART LAYOUT MAP. USE THE PAPER COPY YOU GET AT THE LIFT TICKET CENTER OR THE 2023 LAYOUT ALT MAP PHOTO. All in all, it is a good course for the cost of the lift ticket.

Course is woven around the base of the ski slopes. Lots of fun with a good deal of elevation and technical shots. If you play at the end of the day, your will undoubtedly encounter deer on the last fairways. Great fun with amazing views.
