With regular upkeep, this course would be fantastic. Just like the other courses Greg has designed, this one offers many options with two sets of tee pads and baskets. Each layout offering different lines and levels of difficulty. As many others have noted, the course is currently overgrown in areas. It seemed like it was mostly overgrown in walkways and around tee areas, so I wasn’t ever too worried about losing a disc.

Would be a 4+ if it was maintained

Like everyone else has said, just needs general maintenance and clean up for some of the long tees
