Needs a lot of mowing and the back nine wooded holes are gimmicky and need a lot of cleaning up. Sewage smell is very bad and stickers are really bad.

Course design is awesome. When pads and signs are finished this will be perfect

Design is much improved with new cut wooded fairways and two par fours. Now a well balanced and safe course. As the wooded fairways break in the course will improve.
