Fairly easy but some holes get technical. Mostly well kept and has a fun layout. Hole 5 can be played as a par 4. New advanced layout is challenging and fun

For a college campus a 5, as a course overall a 3. Good practice course with open holes but then the last holes in the woods really crank up the technicality. Could probably push some of the open holes to make a par 4/5. Overall would play again but not my favorite.
