I’d give this course a 3 or 3.5 at best.
It’s getting a 2.5 because of all the flooding. Honestly, if it were designed with any inclination of possible flooding, it would probably look very different. With that said…
Some of the shots are fun, some are repetitive, and some holes just need actual lines in their “fairways”. (E.g. hole 13)

On the plus side the flooding has mostly subsided and it is playable again. Most of the holes are dinker par 3s. Ok beginner course.

Great New England woods course with some elevation changes. Even though it’s new, it’s been cleared well and the rough is forgiving. The fairways are just long enough to leave plenty of opportunity for birdies.

A great up and coming course! Lots of different shot selections. Great variety of holes with different elevation changes and cool scenery!
