Disc golf course

Co-op Community Disc Golf Course

Bezanson, AB, Canada

The course is located south of the Evergreen Park ball diamonds. It plays through sand dunes and pine forest. Bugs can be bad from mid June to early August. Best played during the heat of the day to avoid bugs. The course has a mix of long and short holes. Most of the course is technical with elevation changes. Only a few open bomber holes.

Best 18 hole course in AB. Top 3 of the 100+ courses I’ve played. You rarely throw the same drive and they used the elevation and tree tunnels to make for some amazingly fun (sometimes frustrating) shots. Risk/reward everywhere. Get here, but be careful, once you play this course you’ll be hooked (ie working on convincing the wife to move here…). Not a course for beginners, sandals or not bringing water. Would be 5/5 if there was water/toilet, not on dusty gravel road.

Hardest but maybe also best course I’ve ever played. Beginners beware that you may not want to try this, but if you have some experience, you need to try this course.

Top 3 toughest course in Alberta. This is a gem. Tight wooded shots, tons of natural OB and some big dog legs. Kind of a mix of Canmore and Aspen

Nice trials and beautiful scenery. I’m more of a recreational player so I should of played from whites as the blue tees were a little far for my skill level. All in all it’s a really nice course!
