Great. Too bad it’s just a temp course. Mostly open with well placed tees that put you in or near shade most of the time. No map in UDisc when you’re playing but I get that. It’s a temp course.

Late review after course has always closed. But good layout. I just wish they could make a permanent layout at this location there’s so much potential for a great course

This is a fantastic 9 hole course that I sincerely hope becomes a permanent fixture. There is so much potential for this park to have one of the best courses in the area. There is a decent shot variety, great use of the trees and terrain, challenging/rewarding par 3 and 4’s. The scenery is amongst the best in the triangle with beautiful mature trees and great views of the downtown skyline.
However because it is not permanent the tee pads are grass at the beginning and slippery dirt towards the end of the season. The baskets are nice and there is a practice basket but I don’t believe I’ve seen a bathroom that is public. There aren’t really any signs or directions but udisc is accurate enough.
I love this course and it has so much potential as a property, I truly believe if it were permanent and with the right upgrades it could attract a A tier at a minimum. With the masters worlds coming to Raleigh in 2024 this would absolutely have been a course in contention if it was permanent
