Good course in the city. Need spotters on holes 7, 8, and 9 long to watch out for mountain bikers. Teepads can be a bit small and raised due to erosion around it. Watch your step.

Edit; Down to 3 stars for me until there are 18 playable holes and the layouts are fixed.
Year-round course in shared-use park. Some fun lines, some holes wide open. Park can get quite busy, communication is key.
Would be higher for me but the teepads need some work (grading and lengthening). In all honesty, this course would be magnificent with a redesign.

Difficult to play when the park is crowded with non-disc golfers

Tee pads could use some serious work. Concrete is nice but they are a foot or two short and tend to be dugout before/after so can be awkward footing. Fun course, limited variety, busy with pedestrians on weekend. Unfortunately kind of fighting with some construction last year or so.
