Heritage Park Disc Golf Course

I look forward to coming back after the construction is done.

Course in a sad state. New layout has looong walks between holes.

Not all of the holes are marked. Very hard to follow the course. Don’t like the new layout 😡

This park is being renovated, so most of the negative feedback may be corrected in the near future. I would wait 6 months though. Plus you get to avoid the Texas heat that way.

Pretty good course, great challenges, nice long and medium length holes. Very maintained, just a couple of holes were hard to find since they did some work in the park.

With the construction going on, many of the tees are dirt currently (OCT22), some of the holes are super open and require a decent arm to birdie. It does have a lot of variety though.

Terrible shape. Tons of thorns in the fairways. Sad to see. Used to love this course.

Starting to come together! Not quite the champion course it once was but like some of the new holes. Arrows on baskets help a lot. Overall excited to see how this keeps coming together into a great course.

The new layout is actually really fun. Sad to see the old one go, but the designers are doing a great job at using what the city is giving them. With that said, a good bit of the tee boxes are utter garbage, and that is why I'm rating them lower. On most of the new holes, they just layed turf down without grading the ground beneath them. There are a lot of holes under the turf and many of the boxes are completely uneven, almost to the point of being unsafe. When the tee boxes get fixed this course will be another force to be reckoned with.

With the addition of short tees, the course is getting better. Still a lot of construction going on and it does come into play on a few holes. Once all is complete, this could be a great and challenging course.

Great course, just needs some tweaks to the layout. Plus, it’ll rate higher once the construction is complete.

Windy. Couple weird holes

This course is nothing like it was in the past sorry to see the changes.

Holes weren’t where they were supposed to be. Tons of branches and trees fallen over in fairway. Some grass is over grown. Construction is still happening, but wasn’t really a factor. Once all of it is fixed it has potential to be a decent course.

Awesome course! Well maintained. Many different types of holes testing your skills. Overall a great challenge and the best course in Belton-Temple area.

Unplayable. What was one of the best courses in the area is now a shadow of itself. Put a fork in her, she’s done.

Heritage is back baby! A lot of people had emotions about the temporary redesign (me), but the city listened and let one of our locals redesign it. The baskets are in, and it's playable as of 27FEB23. Baskets may move a little as construction is still ongoing, but the course is fully playable. Most of the holes are different from what youve seen on coverage, but many are better. Great job by the local players and the city getting this right. Many more improvements are planned.Soon to be 27 holes

The redesign is fully installed and ready for the upcoming A tier tournament in March 2020! Two new wooded holes with raised tee boxes and cedar-chip walkways are challenging and classy. All baskets are new and professional quality. This is a superb, well-maintained course.
