About the course

The Manor is a 2021 redesign of the old Hot Shots course first opened in 2009. The best of the legacy holes have been retained - the new holes feature diverse wooded fairways. The course venue is an expired housing subdivision where all houses have been removed. Nice grass fairways with old growth trees. Paved roads (closed to traffic) serve as OB on most every hole. Two sets of concrete tees per hole. Three permanent baskets per hole. Dial in on multiple par 3, 4, or 5 basket locations, with course configurations ranging from novice friendly par 54 (3680 ft) to advanced level par 68 (9105 ft).

Beautiful course. I haven't played it 10 years ago quite a difference today The redesign is spectacular. Two tees and three permanent basket positions That's just awesome. I would think long to long would be challenging for the pros here. Signage was excellent didn't need a map here to get around. I'll be back to this course for sure

Because it used to be a neighborhood, there are signs of the old homes scattered everywhere, from parts of carpet buried underground to broken glass and bricks, if they took the time to clean all that out it would make the course even better, but overall a great course with a lot of different options for all skill levels
