Good conditions
Created in 1983, the oldest and most popular course in Vancouver. Four practice baskets available for warmups or as part of alternate layouts. Course can be busy, especially on summer weekends. Standard layout has right of way, so be patient or play when it's less busy if you want to try the alternate layouts. Beware the duck ponds!
The nearest restrooms are a 5 minute walk away, on the top of the hill at the entrance to the ball golf course. Drinking water is available during the summer at a water fountain at the intersection of Ontario and 37th Avenue.

Solid course with multiple layouts and good concrete tee pads. Open enough shots with some obstacles.

QE is a staple of Vancouver DG. The rec holes are simple but very fun, and welcoming for all skills. The alternate layouts make for some fun holes, but given how busy the course is, you won't often have the option of playing an alt other than early AM.
The course gets busy on nicer days, be prepared for a slow moving round. Great course for a more casual, social round.
The layout can lead to some close calls with errant shots. Stay aware and be sure to call 'fore'.
