Played this course a few times, this time was drastically different. Mostly because of the efforts a local club or two made to clean up the rough, push it back a bit on some holes, and free up lines that were quite daunting to take due to going over the thick roughs. Course definitely feels hella loved, and revived! I heard talk that some holes will get a slight redesign. If that's the case, I'm beyond excited to see a newish layout and go from there! My only concern for the course is not putting up a properly mounted sign from 15 to 16 since there's a pathway behind the basket that some distracted golfers may mistake for their path to the next hole, since the course is pretty straightforward on where to go after the hole's done. Even just putting a colored band of duct tape on one of the basket rungs should be enough to at least point players in the right direction! UPDATE SINCE REDESIGN Great redesign, lots of potential! My only issue is the new hole 15. I see the potential. But far too many small trunk trees to make a good line. The line currently is as the carved path goes, almost as tight and sharp as the current hole 9 (old 10). Far too many small trees to kick you off fairway and scrambles are a struggle. Open up the initial gaps a bit, offer more choices, and it should make the par a lot easier to tackle even for weekend warriors. Hopefully new signs are coming because the holes are mis-identified from 2 thru 15 since holes 1 and holes 16 onward remain untouched (mainly in the numbering aspect - some brush got cleared and is mad appreciated.) And for the double mando on the new hole 2, I recommend either get a white sign with a red arrow to nail to the tree, or wrap/paint it in red. The small stakes were very difficult to see from the pad - I only saw them after the tee shot. I also greatly appreciate the new arrows zip tied to the baskets to direct players so nobody goes down the walking path instead on 14 behind the basket.

Literally three tree removals away from a challenging course but fair chances
